ULI Chicago convened a volunteer group of land use and development professionals from across the city to develop recommendations to reinvigorate Stony Island Avenue from 56th to 79th Street. ULI Chicago is honored to present strategies to strengthen Stony Island as a community-anchored economic corridor and a welcoming gateway to key destinations, including the Obama Presidential Center.
