To join the Jackson Park Advisory Council, you must fill out a membership application. Application forms are available at the in-person Meetings, but you can also use the form below to submit your application or contact the Membership Committee. Please await a response from the committee to confirm receipt of your application!
We value keeping your information confidential. Your address, telephone, and email will be used only for PAC business communications.
Anyone may attend the meetings regardless of membership status, but only members are able to vote. Members are those with a valid membership application on file and who have attended two or more meetings within the prior 12 months.
We appreciate donations to support our park work, but no donations or membership dues are required for membership.
